Ghoul-in-chief

The headline in the Hill:

Obama: Mass shootings are 'something we should politicize'

On Thursday, President Obama tried to turn into a political circus a shooting rampage in Oregon -- the tenth such school shooting since Columbine 16 years ago.

He failed just as he failed on Sandy Hook because the public is sickened by the political opportunism of this ghoul. There is no human tragedy he will not seek to capitalize. He swoops in before any facts are known, to push for laws.

From the Hill:
President Obama on Thursday made an impassioned case that gun violence is “something we should politicize” following a mass shooting at a community college in Oregon.
A visibly angry Obama blasted Congress for being unwilling to change the nations gun laws in response to a wave of mass shootings that have cast a cloud over his presidency.
“This is a political choice that we make, to allow this to happen every few months in America,” Obama said. “We collectively are answerable to those families who lose their loved ones because of our inaction.”
Obama chided opponents of gun control legislation, including those who argue the country needs “more guns” to prevent mass shootings. And he urged proponents of stricter gun laws to vote for political candidates who share their views.
“Each time this happens I’m going to bring this up,” Obama said. “Each time this happens I am going to say we can actually do something about it.”
At least 10 people were killed and seven wounded when a gunman opened fire Thursday morning at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Ore., according to law enforcement officials. Police said the alleged shooter, a 20-year-old male, was killed.
No comfort for the families of the victims. No solace. Nothing but blind rage and political opportunism.

This is better than Romney?

Such is liberalism in the 21st century. Abortion has numbed them from their humanity.

  1. Mr. Surber - I agree with you. President Obama will use any tragedy to further his liberal goals in order to diminish the U.S. What a tragedy.

  2. One of his buddies goes around murdering Christians with his tacit consent, and then he demands that the rest of the Christians disarm.

  3. 3000 abortions of babies were performed in the US yesterday, as is true every day of the year. That's 300 times more children "eliminated" than died in yesterday's shooting.

Perhaps the president should focus on the REAL killing spree taking place every single day across America. What he should have said to the nation yesterday, and should be saying every day, is: “This is a political choice that we make, to allow this to happen every [day] in America...We collectively are answerable to those families who lose their loved ones because of our inaction.”

  4. Maybe congress should act to modify the nations gun laws. Maybe they should outlaw "gun-free-zones." I put "gun-free-zones" in quotes because invariably that is where someone who doesn't abide by rules shows up with a gun or guns and kills defenseless people.

    1. Here's a suggestion for Obama and his feckless DOEd: take a bunch of those TSA security people out of the airports, give them a new title and uniform, arm them, and put them in the schools to guard our children. Make the schools something other than a "free-fire" shooting gallery for wackos.

  5. He never politicizes black-on-black killings in his home town.

  6. One day after Obama speaks out about the shootings in Oregon, his air force kills 19 civilian doctors and their patients in Afghanistan, more people than were killed by the Oregon shooter. As the Commander in Chief, Obama has the deaths of these people on his hands. He is the mass murderer he angrily condemns.
