Indiana fails to protect children from a serial rapist

The most disgusting failure of government this week is not the 3.5 million gallons of highly toxic orange goo that the EPA poured into the Animas River.

The biggest failure was in Indiana.

From CBS:
Convicted murderer and child molester Richard Dobeski was arrested at the Indianapolis Central Library on Thursday.
Dobeski, 67, served nearly 40 years in prison for stabbing and strangling two children – ages 3 and 6 – in 1964, when he was 16. He was released on parole in 2003, and then later went back to prison for molesting a boy in Westville in 2007.
He was released last Thursday from prison in Northwest Indiana after serving his sentence on the molestation conviction.
The details surrounding his arrest were not immediately available, but Dobeski had seven days to register as a sex offender or face going back behind bars.
Going back? He never should have been let out.

Society is judge by how it protects its weakest and most defenseless.

The Hoosier State horrors are stomach-churning.

  1. Society is judge by how it protects its weakest and most defenseless.

We have obviously failed when you think of all of the babies killed by organizations like Planned Parenthood. And I'm not talking about 1st trimester abortions, I'm talking about murdering babies that can live outside the womb. That is nothing more than infanticide. The fact that this is labeled "choice" instead of murder says a lot about our society. Ironically, the same people who have no problem killing babies are usually against capital punishment so they kill the innocent and protect the guilty.

    The cognitive dissonance of liberalism.

  2. Since 1973 an estimated 50 million abortions have been performed in the United States. In only 1% of the cases is the pregnancy the result of incest or rape. So explain to me why we shouldn't refer to abortion on demand as a Holocaust.

  3. Mao Zedong and the Chinese Communist Party stands atop the pole as the worst mass murders in history at somewhere between 50 and 100 million people killed as a matter of national policy. Number two position goes to the US Democratic Party with their mountain of dead babies. The proud legacy of the Party of Slavery.
