Iran deal is anti-constitutional

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur...

Every president ever has needed two-thirds approval of the Senate to pass a treaty -- 67 votes.

President Obama needs only 34.

Under a bizarre anti-constitutional formulation, the treaty with Iran is law unless the Congress votes it down and overcomes a presidential veto, meaning he needs only 34 senators to uphold it.

That is nuts. That is so against the Constitution that it is anti-constitutional.

The time has come for Senate Majority Leader to grow a pair and simply not hold a vote on this action. Call it a pocket veto.

In 1981, Iran gave up 51 hostages without President Reagan saying a word.

Under President Obama, Iran has taken hostages and kept them, after years of negotiations by Democrats.

Remember Marc Rich the billionaire Democrat?

He became rich by selling Iranian oil illegally. Rudy Giuliani prosecuted him under President Reagan.

Democrats accepted millions from Rich -- Clinton, Holder, Hillary -- who bought a pardon. the Clintons are now worth $100 million. Al Gore too. They piled the money high in "serving" the country.

We know what this deal and Cuba are about -- money for filthy rich Democratic billionaires. The party that decries the rich the most  is the one that rakes it all in.

It's about the Benjamins.

Weep for our country, weep for our world. The Saudis will go nuke and the ongoing Muslim Civil War for control of Mecca will turn radioactive.

Hell doesn't seem big enough these days.
