Another faked hate crime

The report from CNN sounded horrible. The Advocate ran its own version, "Young Gay Business Owner Repeatedly Terrorized in Utah. Rick Jones had 'Die Fag' carved into his arms after being knocked to the ground and nearly forced to drink bleach."

That was at 4:11 p.m., June 14, 2015.

At 4:59 p,m., Nicholas Czekalski commented, "Sounds fake."

The abuse of Nicolas Czekalski began with Danny Maynard commenting, "I guess you do not get death threats, or have been shot at by a random stranger who is hetched up on a big dose of alcohol and anti-Gay. Have you ever been chased on foot, by a mad man in a car, or chased by 50 people who intend to beat you to a pulp? Then you know nothing of discrimination and lynch mob hate."

The gay foaming over the story and straight-bashing was therapeutic, I suppose. Readers can enjoy the comments here.

Of course, it was Tawana Brawley time.

That is because all the young goons who beat up people are liberals. They beat up conservatives.

From the Associated Press:
SALT LAKE CITY — A Utah man who reported someone beat him and carved a homophobic slur into his arm staged the attacks, authorities said Tuesday.
Millard County Sheriff Robert Dekker said Rick Jones, 21, could face charges after officers investigating the series of reported attacks found inconsistencies in the evidence. The Delta man eventually acknowledged faking the harassment, Dekker said.
Brett Tolman, an attorney for Jones, said the reports were a cry for help initially directed toward people close to him, and Jones didn’t realize how much attention they would get.
“I think it’s such good evidence of the difficulties members of the gay community deal with, and some make better choices than others,” Tolman said.
Jones has since begun mental health treatment, the lawyer said.
No arrest for faking a police report?

Expect more.

  1. I believe the old 'fake but accurate" meme will soon surface. After all, there are millions of homophobic Christians out there who would have done it if they only had the opportunity, right?

  2. If racism, homophobia, etc. are so common why does the left have to manufacture stories?
